Article: Why Imperfection is Perfect for Us I've had enough experience in life to work with people who are extremely perfectionist. They aren't awful people. Not at all. But it's sometimes very difficult to work with them because they do not only actively demand you to be perfect at what you do, but also reprimand you when you fall short of their expectations.
