    Thank author of this post/commentmy employer asked me to take a reduction in hours in feb, I am contracted to 40hrs, so i declined due to financial reasons, then after that I had to raise a formal grievance as i was been made to feel uneasy at work by my boss and another colleague, the grievance took place and has not yet been resolved to date, since then due to the way i have been treated and made to feel at work I have been signed of sick by the doctor for stress and anxiety, since being off I have learnt my employer has taken on a new meber of staff and is also advertising for another... can they do this?
