| Article: Surviving Work Dilemmas Part Two Of the said factors stated before, I think a boss or bosses are a great aspect why some wants to jump the gun to quitting. Whether new or not, they always establish a sense of authority and some of them gets exaggerated on implementing it. Their disposal to the human resources that the company has, affects a lot in managing all aspects of building the company. Their implementation of rules must apply to different department and no such favoritism must takes place. Their appreciation without over expectation will help them build a better relation with others. For bosses, mind that it is better that your people respect you because they look after you as a very respectful individual and not the reverse that they respect you because they are afraid of you. Think of your people first because they are the source of making your company name bigger. It is not actually the raise of dollars in the market, not the investment that shareholders give; it is actually the people who works hard yet enjoy the job of being in the company. Bosses must be firm in their decisions or whatever they say, yet if they know their opinion is not right or they commit mistakes, they must not contradict their own words, they must also admit to themselves and to their people what they did. A boss who doesn’t listen first and interrogates a lot, a boss who only sees the mistakes of others and not their good side, a boss who boast and reprimand a lot and think of money or profit as their goal, if pride is highly considered, then it makes a person really quit a job.Read the complete article here: |
