    Single Parenting Tips

    My wife and I are getting a divorce. We will share custody of my daughter, she is eight years old. Can anyone give me tips and let me know what I can expect single parenting will be like?

    		Single Parenting is tough but rewarding if you are very committed. Bear in mind that you will have to play both roles with your child. Whereas before if your wife put your child to bed and read a story, you will be the one doing that now. Also all her meals when she is with you, and her laundry, school homework etc. I suggest you quickly get up to speed with her daily schedule if you are not already. It's important that children have continuity when moving from one parent to the other frequently. Good luck and enjoy.
