Dealing with an Insane 17 year old?

Thank author of this post/commentMy brother just turned 17. He is manipulative and a compulsive liar. He also holds a pencil incorrectly, leading me to think he has a learning disorder (his handwriting is illegible) He refuses to get treatment or go to a psychiatrist. He also sells marijuana, acid, and mushrooms regularly. My mom doesn't know what to do. This kid is crazy. Would a ranch or something help him? We live in Maryland. We grew up in a wealthy, single parent household. Most of his friends are losers with loser parents and it seems like he tries to be like them. He even goes to a different school because he got kicked out of his first one and is failing. Actually, im his older sister in college who is very concerned and stressed about this. Thanks for being a jerk.

You know what you as a lady should not be saying those kinds of terminologies like the one in the last part of your posts. Have you ever wondered why your brother is acting like that? You said that you and your brother belonged to a wealthy single parent family. I have to say that this kind of factor affects in the overall attitude of a kid. It would be best if you talk to your brother about the problem.
