    Questions: Would you take a chance and cook mussels 1 day out of date?

    Thank author of this post/commentI have a bag of mussels which are vacuumed packed, and the use by date was yesterday. They have been kept in a cold fridge, it seems a shame to waste them. They come from a supermarket yesterday but did not have the time to cook them. 1 day should I chance it?
