I truly believe that we are our own best source of help and "reinvention." A few "brave friends" who can speak the truth in love and support you when you're low are essential...but when push comes to shove, it's a matter of taking the first step. A Chinese philosopher said, "The journey of a million miles begins with the first step." Only YOU can begin the journey...there is, there CAN BE joy in the journey!

The best way to help oneself and develop life satisfaction is to make life EASIER to live. If you are interested I could share some experiences about a practical was to do just that. In fact, I have writen a book about it. If you want to have a glance at it please let me know.
