| Hi Abbey, I truly believe that we are our own best source of help and "reinvention." A few "brave friends" who can speak the truth in love and support you when you're low are essential...but when push comes to shove, it's a matter of taking the first step. A Chinese philosopher said, "The journey of a million miles begins with the first step." Only YOU can begin the journey...there is, there CAN BE joy in the journey! Regards, Paula |
