| how to switch a job if u got new opportunity? I m doing job in delhi now with an indian company, i have good relationship with CMD of company but now i got a offer from MNC with salary which is triple than existing one. how to switch this job |
| You are soo lucky Devin, you just have no idea how I wish I was in your shoes. Well at the moment if I had the same opportunity as you do I believe I would not think twice about it. Mainly because I do not like my job one bit and my boss is just not my cup of tea. Maybe your situation is different as compared to mine. Maybe you like your job and enjoy what you do and have made plenty of friends and you look forward to going to your placxe of work each morning. If this is your situation then making the big switch is going to be difficult for you. In as much the new company has tripled you salary there are alot of factors besides the money that you need to consider like the working conditions. You do not want to earn that much only to spend a huge portion of it in hospital treating blood pressure and ulcers. Why dont you do your research first before deciding if you wonna move or stay. If you like what you find out, consider the company you are with presently as a steping stone to equip you to take on more responsibilities and more challenges. If you do not like what you see and hear approuch your boss and tell him/her of the job offer you have been given. If they value your input they will want to up their game. if not you will have nothing to lose by making that big switch if money is all that you are concerned about, but why lie, the money keeps some of us awake and that is good enough reason to move... All the best in making the right decision... |
