| Answers: I want to get a facial tattoo? I'm thinking of getting a face tattoo, a tribal around my Left eye from above my eyebrow and around the outside to the bottom and down my Left cheek, I used to be a cop and never had a tattoo before but now I've moved into a new line of work and I'm compelled to do this, not sure why, I guess to me it means rebellion and may disdain for the way society is becoming...Am I going insane? Maybe a midlife crises? I appreciate any thoughts on the subject. Please don't sugest therapy, as most cops, I've had plenty... I'm atractive, married with 2 kids, 19boy and 12girl, both on the fence about it wife does not not want me to do it. Shes got a few tattoos. After I leaft the PD I had a crissis and my attitude towards society became very negative. I comtemplated suicide at a time and all tho that has passed, now I don't give a F. about what anyone thinks, I make good money and don't think my employer would care, I work in a oil rig with a bunch of rough guys that know not to get on eachothers business . I'm of german decent and ancient germanic tribes were know to have facial tattoos, so it has some personal meaning to me. |
| I think you do need a professional help. You are aware of your situation and that is a good start. Maybe all of the pressure of the new job, the scar left by your work in your life, a midlife crisis, and a sense of nationalism has struck you and now you are confused. You have a loving and concern family and that should be your drive to get away from the limbo you're in. Just think of the future and how your kids will present you on their school with you having that hoodlum-like tattoo painted on your face. |
| I have to agree with Kyle. I see nothing wrong with having a tattoo in your body but to put it in your face, I think it would not be a good idea. Just think of how the people would react seeing a big tattoo in your face. But well, if you prefer all of the attention of the crowd then go for it. Have a great day to all. |
| HI there! I'm so sorry to hear what you are going thru right now, Devin. Yes, I believe that putting on a tattoo is part of our liberty. You ca n do this anytime. Anyhow, just a piece of advice, I think you should think about it first. Remember, that is a facial tattoo. What happens if you don't like it anymore. Know what I mean? Anyway, better consult a doctor regarding your situation. |
| You seem to have an attitude problem. I think you are trying to be rebellious without any valid reason, because I believe that in every difficulty we encounter there is really a good remedy and we don’t need to destroy our own reputation just to catch the attention of other people. But if you really want to have a facial tattoo, then go for it. Just bear in mind the consequences for having one and if you can bear it in your entire life. |
| I really hate to see people wearing tattoos in their body it looks untidy. But there people who are so fascinated in having tattoos particularly in legs and hands. Talking about your plan to put tattoo in your face. Well, it is not really good it may affect your personal upbringing when you are applying for a job. |
