Those unsolved stressors

The psychoanalitical explanation for stress is very interesting. Thoroughout our life we push down into the unsconscious all sorts of memories and experiences that we have not been able to "soften" or downright eliminate from our system. They are usually sad or sorrowful situations that we feel affect our dignity or self-image.

The great mayority of these expriences are lived and then rubbed out, eliminated from our system.

But a few get through and just lie there, pulsating like coals ready to spring up when the time comes.

Uneliminated stressors tend to arise and become active. These are the "strange" feelings we get sometimes that we can´t explain.

They tend to show up on the couch many years after they happened as episodes of rage or sadness.

Hello there!Most of us have experience stress maybe some people just know how to cope better. But I think we need to learn how to manage it, like doing meditation or start working out or talking to a counselor..Remember to breathe and get out in the sun, become more athletic, and you should feel better, .Relaxing and being a positive thinker can also help you to relieve your stress.Have a great day to all.
