Overheated psyche

The way I see it, our psyche is similar to an engine that overheats.

When the first engineers put together the first explosion engine and had it running for some time, all of a sudden he was surpised to see that it got very hot.

It was suffering from friction, a quality of metals that is cured by lubricants.

That´s the same as our mind. It is structured to go through life without any problem, unless...there is friction.

That friction is called "stress", or, mor completly, "psychic stress".

It can come from all sorts of insatisfactions, disappointments, failures, etc.

Our egos cannot cope with that.

What is the lubricant? Meditation.

Have to meditate!

If you're suffering from stress, try closing your eyes and breathe deeply. Think of happy moments in your life other than moments that would cause stress and loneliness. But let me tell you this, stress is just all in the mind. We suffer stress because we struggle from pressures around us. Everytime you face challenges and pressures, try looking at its positive consequences and later you'll realize that these pressures will serve as your inspiration. Just believe in yourself that you can do it!
