    Questions: (Miami) can anyone refer me to a no kill shelter?

    Thank author of this post/commentIt's impossible to take care of my two cats anymore because of my parents and how ignorant they are towards basic care. They insist on not listening to me about anything. I spent months researching before i made the decision to get a cat making sure i knew its needs and wants and that my parents understood. now my female has four kittens because we weren't able to get her spayed, she looks really thin and she's always hungry. both her and my male cat is balding and i'm sure its partially due to stress since NONE of the cats are allowed in the house anymore. their surrounded by flies, other cats, bugs, and intense heat. When i challenge my father about this, he always threatens to kick me out of the house for my "disrespect" in not listening to his authority. all my cats focus on now is getting into the house. only the kittens have gotten their shots, tests, and check ups and it was paid for by an organization that would help me get them adopted. My cats have gotten no tests, shots, and never have been de-wormed, and its only because of my parent's primitive thinking towards animals. It hurts me really bad to see them go and it hurts even worse to find no reliable shelter that can take them in.
