| How do you mix discipline with today's environment?Parents have been virtually put in a stranglehold when it comes to discipline today. It is highly likely that almost every peer the child has will have varying levels of parental control in their lives, which will make your child resent most attempts to control what they do. Is it just me, or is there a disease running rampant among children today..... entitlement disease? They think they should be handed everything they want. |
|  Your President must have had that disease too... now he is bringing it to your whole country... so get used to it.My suggestion would be to quit your job and live off the dole... as that will be the best job available in your country soon. Forget about the work ethic from the 1800s and early 1900s that made your country the greatest in the world. You are now on the track to fast becoming the worst! When your country takes that path how could you offer anything different to your kids? |
| I think discipline is such a hard thing to do most especially during this times where both the parents have to work for the living. I think that it is important that we as parents should also look at our child's activities once in awhile even though we are all busy with our own things. Go to school with them, eat with them, go out with them and bond with them. |
