Why is it important for couples to eat together?

Thank author of this post/commentIn these days of ever increasing technological distractions and disturbances, shared meal times are falling dangerously close to the way side. But is this a problem? Should couples spend then necessary time and effort to make dinner happen?

I think so.

Well, I am really not a counselor or either a person that have that great knowledge an=bout couples but I know how important it is for couples to at least give time for them selves and partners to talked about things that they had after a long day. I know how important it is because I saw my parents do that same acts and they are now celebrating their silver years happily.

I think today's busy life communication is missing somewhere in our life. Eating together is the one of the ways of sharing time with your partner.
