Lively exchange of ideas in here. For a moment, my financial instincts were nudged. True, there is power in investment. It usually comes in handy in the face of salvaging a tricky situation. Whatever relation it has to other phases of life remains to be proved. PVCSE seems to me like a merely educational website, if at all the caution being advised is anything to go by. Indeed, professional advice in any venture is very vital

Well i think Twyla had posted a perfect or suitable site for us to refer upon when i doubt of what this Private Venture Capital Stock Exchange (PVCSE) is all about and on how this could help us in investing if ever we do invest.

I think that teens should be aware of this kinda stuffs for them to oriented on how investments are flowing and doing, and not just connect them with their sex lives.

I think that the guy was probably referring to gold diggers indeed. If one were to play accordingly, however, even such diggers could not get a hold of one's true riches.

I have always been curious on how investments work. regarding this Private Venture Capital Stock Exchange how sure can we get that this online investment gig is not a form of scam? What if it is just one big form of phishing and stealing of identities (identity thievery)? What if most of you here are just part of the scam site? If you feel that you are not then prove that this site is legal.

How to Tell the Difference Between Real Stock Buying Vs. Stock Short Covering

- Review the definition of "covering a short sell". A short sell is an order made on a stock that closes out an existing trade; it is selling shares you do not own. Buying enough shares to repay the loan is referred to as covering.

- Walk through an example in which a trader sells 100 shares of XYZ stock at a price of $1 per share and the company rises to $10 per share. To cover his position, the trader will buy back the 100 shorted shares at the higher price of $10, taking a loss of $9 per share.

- Review the Tick indicator available on the NYSE. The Tick represents the number of stocks ticking up minus the number ticking down on the NYSE (New York Stock Exchange). It trades under the symbol $TICK and a value of +-1000 is a sign of a reversal.

- Walk through a Tick example. If the Tick reads +300, then 300 more stocks on the NYSE are ticking up, then down (bullish). If the Tick reads -300, then 300 more stocks are ticking down than up (bearish).

- Look for positive, over +500 Tick to be a sign of genuine buying and not just "covering shorts." Weak trading is supported by day traders looking to fade (sell at highs) the market.

whew, those are overwhelming information I must say. I have no interest is such but by reading all of your post my curiosity meter suddenly rises. So that is how the system works. I would want to know more but reading those posts makes me overwhelmed so I guess I just have to absorb all of those information for now and start asking questions later on. Have a good day guys.
