Which would be the best treatment for my psychological food problem? I can't stand the smell or sight of red meat. I find even the thought of it sickening. I haven't eaten it in 20 years but I need to start eating it for my health. I just can't make myself do it though. I wonder whether hypnotism could help me or whether CBT, or some other treatment?
