    Yahoo! Answers: can I get a domestic violence battery charge reversed?

    Thank author of this post/commentI have a misdemeanor battery domestic violence from 1997 and I haven't had anything more than a traffic ticket since then. Is there a possibility to go back to court and get it reversed or overturned and I also don't have money for a lawyer so I would be doing it on my own I'm trying to get into the military..thanks any help would be appreciated
