Doug, if you think you are depressed, you must see someone that can help you.

You need to figure out if you are just plain bored, or really depressed.

Or bored because you are depressed and can't seem to get out of it.

Clinical depression is a very real issue, don't let it ride if you are not coping with life.

Being bored and being depressed, you must first figure out if you were just bored or depressed. You can try seeing friends and have a talk with them. You can look around your house and find something to do. Clean the whole house if you want. There are lots of things that you can put your mind into. You just have to keep your mind working to avoid boredom to hit you.

I understand how difficult it is to become depressed so it is important to have strong coping skills not to make yourself pitiful of the situation. I think it will be better if you go out for a while and take time to get along with friends. I think you need to find an outlet to somebody who you can pour out your sentiments, and of course be strong to face this obstacle.

It is nice that people like you would seek some help in making your self outcast in the shadows of your depressions. Other uninformed people would do worst things that they think, an outlet in making them stress less. Seeking more professional advices would be a good choice as well. It is not an insane stuff to have, but people should know how to handle properly there depressions. I hope may would agree on that.

People suffering from depression must really consult a psychologist before it gets worst. Being depressed doesn't mean you are weak but it is the braveness of admitting that you fail. Being left in this kind of situation, you need a person or group of people to hold on to especially your family. There are lots of things that can make you feel depress like in love, studies, or families. These are just some of the factors.
