    		For me, depression is just coming from your worries of anything or some complications in life, prolonged stress on psychological level. Being depress is a matter of choice. You can have problems without being depressed, its really up to you if you would take it so much very seriously. Life is too short just to live being depressed all the time or most of time and it's such a waste of time and energy.

    		I have to disagree on that Naid. As individuals we all have different tolerance to stress. If you an handle problems and stress that easily, some would not be able to do so. So why are we talking about stress? It is because stress could lead to distress and could lead to depression. Though we would not want to be in this situation, it would be hard to do because we are not super humans.
