Depression is a daily item

Love this forum! Why? Because depression is my thing. I live with it on a daily basis and now I see it coming and almost say hello.

I am forty five and have been suffering from clinical depression since I was twenty.

Every morning when I wake up I know it´s there. To begin with, I feel like dying. Or, actually, I feel like I am dead.

I feel that I am entering a dark tunnel that I have to travel fully during that day.

The first reaction is to shut my eyes and go back to sleep. Of course, that is impossible. Plus, if I stay there the tunnel vision will come back. I might just as well get up and actually go through with it.

Any comments from the experts?
