Wife with bi-polar mood disorder

I have been married for 6 years now and my wife has been diagnosed with Bipolar Mood Disorder within first 20 days of marriage. I have been regular on her treatment but she gets into maniac attach every year. She has been regularly taking medicine but epsodes come again and again...and every episode comes as worst!!! This has broken me from inside and I can't take it any more...I'm thinking of getting divorce from her on grounds on unsound mind. I some time have guilt feeling about this but at the same time i think that without love between us, there is no point living together. Please suggest if anybody has different point of view...
