'Struggling with bipolar' Bipolar Disorder

Struggling with bipolar

Im not sure if I have what so called by Bipolar disorder but my life has been a mess since almost 5 or 6 years now. Im currently engaged to a wonderful guy, but things just go wrong almost all the time. I feel unhappy n insecure, I cant even control my mood, it changes easily. I feel like Im really weak and fragile, I cry easily. I used to be a strong woman who can stands up for myself. Im scared if this keeps happening, my relationship with my fiancee wont work and he'll leave me. He understands what Im going through right now but I think he's getting sick of it. he just cant handle it anymore. sometimes he needs to yell at me to make me realise that Im being stupid. Please help me what do i need to do? because i want to make this relationship works and i want to be a happy person and not grumpy all the time. If I do need to go see a psychiatrist, I dont know what to say to him/her and would it really help me??
