I love him but I have bipolar

I am in a realationship with a man I have know for years. In fact we dated before. We have been together for a year in a half. In Dec 2008 I was disgonised with bipolar. I love this man with all my heart. I have pushed him away to the point that he does not know if he wants a furture with me.

I have taken my meds as instructed by my dr. Have not missed one dose. I go the dr and theripst on a regular basis.

I use to enjoy a lot of things in life. Now, all I want to do is to be left alone so he does not have to deal with me. Is that wrong? I need to know what is the best way for me to cope with this illness?
