What's wrong?chat - Anxiety
What's wrong? I feel detached from life. I have this heavy feeling in my chest and I don't know how to get rid of that pain. I go to college full-time, have no friends, and I act like my life is all roses. When I'm around people, my hands start to shake. Is this normal? I feel so weird right now...
Hi Darleen Nothing is wrong with you dear..but please do not try to act what you are not..just be to yourself. Coz, remember you are very special and there is no one else like you in this whole universe. Have confident in yourself and feel free and comfortable...:) Love
Darleen, Have you had panic attacks in the past? Don't suffer like I did for so many years, go to your doctor. Today, there are so many medications that can help. I take Zoloft and it saved my life! There is no rational reason for anxiety attacks, they appear from no where and can leave you completely debilitated. It is not you, it is a chemical imbalance in you brain. You will be so happy once you get it under control! Good Luck, Colleen
i think you are very fine.just be yourself and get someone to talk to.you will just be fine.
When it is that we are being ourselves, sometimes this is really just not the best alternative route for one to be pursuing. The main reason is that, being ourselves, many of us are just naturally anxious and really do not know how it is that we would be able to hold our composure when it is that we are faced with adversed situations.
