    That's my problem too, how to eliminate anxiety in my daily life. It is so helpless on my part when anxiety attacks me. All I have to do is to think a wonderful place or one of the happiest event in my life in order to relax my body or worst take my medicines. I need someone who can help me overcome this illness that I am now suffering. Is their any other solutions rather than taking medicines or visiting a psychiatrist? Hope to hear from anyone of you. Thank you so much.

    I feel for those who have anxiety and suffers from panic attacks and phobias. I also suffer from the same dilemma as what you guys are suffering from. What I do is I go places, I meet my friends and have some good time with them. I would listen to music and be relaxed with some soothing sounds.

    There are solutions to our problems, we just have to find those.

    It sounds too far fetched to me that any method could completely eliminate my anxiety, as most of it would be caused by events which happen outside me. However, I am sure this could help me learn to handle the potential causes for anxiety, though if I were to expect that I would never worry again, that just seems very unrealistic and seems that it would make me discouraged to even try.
