    Answers: Having trouble reading and maintaining confidence, can you help?

    Thank author of this post/commentI am 24, so I am not young. I have anxiety in almost every situation because I am scared to read out loud. I trip over words and I feel embarrassed. Whether I am with friends reading a newspaper or reading documents to a customer at work it affects me. How do I overcome this on my own? I want to control my anxiety and exceed in this life. It is holding me back. Thanks in advance. (It is embarrassing to admit this even now.)
