DOT, I really think you have anxiety disorder basing on the way you type and you spelled anxiety. Have you consulted any physician or psychologist regarding your condition rather than seeking a quick but uncertain online remedy for that?

dot, let me start off by telling you that anxiety is a very common disorder and many people suffer from it now a days in this crazy world. If I were you, I would just go to your doctor, or even go into the ER and tell them your symptoms and what you feel like and struggle with everyday and you should get help and a prescription that will make dealing with each day easier.

Did you ever thing that such a reliance on prescription medicine may be half the reason we live in such a frenzied society. No need to solve own problems... just take a chill pill.

Same case happened with me .. though it was not exactly similar

But one thing ... people should remember is to have faith and have atleast some amount of confidence regarding there personal lives before doing any suicidal thing

Well if you are anxious, just unwind. Find some things that you are happy with. Do your passion. What are the things that you want to do? Do it to generate a happy feeling or you can just talk to your friend about your feelings to ease your anxiety.
