When will my ankle sprain go away?
So Monday night I was jogging home from a productive day of speedrills. And I tripped over some rocks and rolled my ankle. It's been 2 days and I still can't run on it. I've had to use alternative exercises each of those days. Although I can walk on it, it hurts if I move fast. I have it in gauge tape and it's iced. I'm guessing it heals quickest while asleep. Could it be gone within a week?
